This one-hour workshop will explore how museums can create workplace cultures that recognize, support, and value neurodivergent employees. Participants will examine common barriers embedded in communication, supervision, meetings, hiring, and everyday workplace expectations, while considering practical strategies for building greater flexibility, clarity, and belonging. Through reflection and discussion, participants will leave with concrete ideas for moving beyond individual accommodations toward more inclusive organizational practices that benefit all staff.
